England captain Kane fit and ‘looking forward’ to Euros
England captain Harry Kane has declared himself fit and raring to go for the upcoming European Championships. The Tottenham striker has been recovering from an injury but is now back in training and ready to lead his country in the tournament.
Speaking to reporters, Kane said, “I’m feeling good and I’m looking forward to the Euros. It’s always a special feeling to represent your country and I can’t wait to get out there and give it my all.”
England manager Gareth Southgate will be relieved to have his star striker available for the Euros, as Kane’s goal-scoring prowess will be crucial to the team’s success in the tournament.
The Three Lions will kick off their Euro 2020 campaign against Croatia on June 13th and will be looking to improve on their semi-final finish in the 2018 World Cup.
