Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to (the ‘Site’). We value the intellectual property rights of others just as we expect others to value ours. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their authorized agent can send a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent listed below. As an internet service provider, we are eligible to claim immunity from infringement claims under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions. To file a legitimate infringement claim with us, you must provide us with the following information:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or a representative);
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed;
  3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed, along with information to help us locate it. [Please provide the URL of the page in question for assistance];
  4. Contact information of the complaining party including name, address, email, phone number, and fax number;
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a genuine belief that the material usage is unauthorized by the copyright agent; and
  6. A statement that the notification information is accurate, and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, under penalty of perjury.

Title 17 USC §512(f) specifies civil damages, including costs and attorney fees, against anyone who knowingly and substantially misrepresents information in an infringement notice under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

Submit all takedown notices via our Contact page. Please use email for quick attention.

Kindly note that we may share the identity and information in any copyright infringement claim we receive with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you accept and agree to this.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you have received a takedown notice for material due to a copyright infringement claim, you can provide us with a counter notification to have the material restored to the site. The notification must be in writing to our DMCA Agent and include the following elements under 17 USC Section 512(g)(3):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the material that was taken down and its original location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located.

Send your counter notice through our Contact page. Email communication is recommended.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We treat copyright infringement seriously. To comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act’s repeat infringer policy, we keep a record of DMCA notices and try to identify repeat infringers. Violators of our internal policy will have their accounts terminated.
