Leeds Rhino star announces fifth challenge
Leeds Rhinos rugby player, John Smith, has announced his fifth charity challenge in support of local children’s hospital. Smith, who has been a key player for the Rhinos for the past 10 years, is known for his charitable efforts off the field.
Smith’s latest challenge involves him running a marathon every day for a week, with the aim of raising funds for the hospital’s new pediatric wing. He hopes to raise awareness and funds for the much-needed facility, which will provide essential care for sick children in the community.
Speaking about his challenge, Smith said, “I am thrilled to be taking on this new challenge and can’t wait to get started. The children’s hospital does such amazing work and I am proud to be able to support them in any way I can.”
Smith’s previous challenges have included climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, completing a triathlon, and walking the length of the country. His efforts have raised thousands of pounds for various charities and have inspired many others to take on their own challenges.
If you would like to support John Smith’s latest challenge, you can donate on his fundraising page or join him for a run along the way. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of sick children and their families.
